Is There A Catch?

There is no trick. There is a standard though. You are a fit if you are:
- Consistent. You show up the same way on the hard days as the easy ones.
- Open. You would rather be corrected and improve than be right and stuck.
- Accountable. You own your mistakes, fix them, and do not blame the gym, the client or the weather.
- Driven. You are building a career here, not killing time between jobs.

If that is not you, this will not work, and that is fine. We are looking for coaches who want to actually coach.

What This Actually Looks Like

Every session is booked before you arrive. The admin is done. Your mentor is in your corner every week. Your income is going up because you finally get to spend your time coaching instead of chasing. That is a normal week here. That is genuinely the role.

The Deal, In Plain English

Yeah. We hear that from every trainer who applies. Here is what you actually get: Your own PT assistant. Books sessions, sends reminders, handles follow ups and passes you notes before every client walks in. You just show up and coach.

No marketing to run. We do the ads, the calls and the follow up. You do the sessions.

Free gym access. Train yourself and coach your clients with no fees.

Fortnightly team workshops. Programming, sales and coaching skills. Keep sharpening the blade.

Leads booked straight into your calendar. 100+ in your first 12 weeks, while you are at home. We handle the outreach,



the convincing and the booking. They show up ready to train.
