Job Description
Department of Health Tasmania seeks a Workplace Relations Consultant (Employee Relations) to provide high-level HR advisory services across the Health portfolio. You will handle complex employee relations matters, including grievances, investigations and disciplinary processes, while contributing to policy development and external liaison.

The role is fixed-term, full-time in South Tasmania, commencing January 2027, with 76 hours per fortnight and a range of career development
