SA Cladding is looking for an experienced Hebel installer or Team Leader who wants more than just another job on the tools.

n

We're building a serious team and we're looking for someone who can become a key part of it.

THE OPPORTUNITY

This role can suit two types of people.

n

You might already be an experienced Hebel Team Leader who knows how to run a crew and wants to join a company where you can take real ownership.

n

Or you might be a gun Hebel installer who's ready for the next step and wants the chance to lead.

n

Either way,



we're less interested in how many years you've been doing it and more interested in what you can actually do.

n

Can you install properly?

n

Can you lead people?

n

Can you look at tomorrow's job and make sure your crew, materials and site are ready before it becomes somebody else's problem?

n

Can you take responsibility for the finished product?

n

That's what matters to us.

WHO WE'R LOOKING FOR

We're looking for someone who is:

A gun on the tools.

n

Proactive.

n

Organised.

n

Reliable.

n

Good with people.

n

Someone who leads from the front.

n

You don't need to be the loudest person on site to be a good leader.

n

But you do need to be someone your crew respects because you know what you're doing, you work hard and you hold yourself to the same standard you expect from them.

Previous Team Leader experience is highly regarded and expected if you're applying directly for the Team Leader position.
