Job Description

NewCold Townsville, QLD, is seeking an Automated Systems Operator for the 4x4 Night Shift in our cold storage facility. You will work with maintenance and operations teams to manage computer-controlled systems and ensure peak performance in a 24/7 operation.

The role requires automation experience, mechanical aptitude, and strong problem-solving and communication skills. You will monitor systems, identify issues, document processes, and support a safe, productive logistics workflow.
