Key Responsibilities

n

Lead and manage all open-pit mining activities to achieve safety and production targets.

n

Deliver LOM plans and budgets while optimising resource recovery and cost control.

n

Oversee contractor management, equipment utilisation and statutory responsibilities.

n

Foster a strong safety culture, incident management and investigation.

n

Coordinate drill & blast, load & haul, technical staff and mobile maintenance functions.

n

Identify and implement strategies to increase production and reduce costs.

n

Manage outsourcing contracts, negotiations and contractor performance.

n

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve sustainable outcomes.

About You

n

Unrestricted WA Quarry Manager's Certificate

n

Senior Site Executive

n

15+ years' experience in open-pit gold mining operations with effective leadership of large teams.

n

Strong knowledge of gold processing, mining equipment, geological and engineering information.

n

Comprehensive understanding of WA mining legislation, safety standards and codes of practice.

n

Advanced computer skills including mining software, SAP (desirable) and HSE systems.

n





Excellent written and verbal communication with proven stakeholder engagement and reporting skills.

n

Permanent full-time role with immediate start.

n

Excellent remuneration package with additional allowances.

n

Receive $12k residential allowance per annum for residential employee.

n

Receive a highly competitive short-term incentive payment (STIP).

n

Fully covered family private health insurance through GU Health Complete Gold Cover or an allowance of $4.8k.

$2.4k Death and Total & Permanent Disability (TPD) insurance allowance.
