Job Description

Thales is seeking a proactive HSE Advisor to champion Health, Safety and Environmental compliance across our Mulwala construction projects and operational sites. Based on Pangerang and Yorta Yorta land, you will help ensure adherence to HSE systems, regulatory standards, and industry best practices.

This role focuses on site inspections, audits, incident investigations, and coaching of leaders to foster a risk-aware culture.
