- Manage scope, budget, timelines, and people and partners involved in project delivery
n
- Lead delivery on one or more projects end to end
n
- Step into existing teams partway through projects and get up to speed quickly
n
- Write or refine statements of work
n
- Track assumptions, risks, and dependencies
n
- Run stand‐ups, workshops, and client check‐ins
n
- Coordinate research, design, and development inputs
n
- Provide additional delivery leadership or capacity during busy periods or team gaps
n
- Support identifying, scoping, and bidding for recent business opportunities
n
- Deliver digital products, large-scale website design and development, strategic design and service design, AI tool development, and other project types
n

Requirements

n

n
- Typically 8 or more years delivering technology, design or research projects
n
- Experienced producer, project manager, or delivery manager
n
- Significant experience delivering digital research, design or technology projects
n
- Ideally experience with significant budgets ($500k+)
n
- Ability to quickly onboard into new contexts, environments and tools
n
- Ability to work across diverse teams and stakeholders
n
- Ability to work and lead independently with minimal oversight
n
- Comfort giving and receiving feedback
n
- Confident stakeholder communication and judgement about when to **escalate**
n
- Ability to manage scope, budget and timelines under real-time pressure
n




- Experience with agile and waterfall methodologies
n
- Familiarity with Jira, Asana and similar delivery tools
n
- Experience delivering projects for government and/or not-for-profit organisations
n
- Ability to start immediately or at short notice is preferred
n
