About the Role:
We’re looking for an experienced Non Process Infrastructure (NPI) Manager to join the Rema Tip Top Industries team and play a key role in supporting our operations across the remote WA region.

The NPI Manager is responsible for overseeing the equipment, accommodation and non process infrastructure that support our site based workforce and operations. You’ll ensure our assets and facilities are safe, well maintained, fit for purpose and available when needed, helping keep our teams operating effectively and our contracts running smoothly.

What you’ll be doing

- Keep equipment, assets and facilities safe, reliable and fit for purpose.
- Plan and coordinate maintenance, inspections and repairs.
- Manage equipment procurement, suppliers and budgets.
- Asset transportation and control in Western Australia, with reconciliation of equipment location and condition
- Oversee staff accommodation.
- Track assets ensuring best possible utilisation.
- Work closely with site teams to ensure operation continuity.

What you’ll bring

- Relevant qualification in Frontline Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain or a related discipline.
- Experience using asset management systems, such as MEX, Pronto, SAP or similar.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and customer-focused approach when supporting colleagues and clients.
- Highly organised and adaptable, with the ability to work under pressure, manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently, including in remote and site-based environments.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of English proficiency.
