What You'll Be Doing

You'll be responsible for:

- Leading, managing and developing a passionate and dedicated pharmacy team
- Creating a positive workplace culture where people can thrive




- Delivering outstanding clinical and professional pharmacy services
- Building strong relationships with customers and patients
- Managing pharmacy performance, budgets, and business outcomes
- Driving innovation, service growth, and customer engagement
- Ensuring the highest standards of patient care, compliance, and professional practice
- Supporting UFS Healthcare's vision of becoming a leader in integrated community healthcare

About You

You're an experienced pharmacist who combines strong commercial acumen with genuine care for people. You enjoy leading teams, mentoring others, and creating environments where both customers and employees feel valued.

You'll bring

- Current AHPRA Pharmacist registration
- Bachelor of Pharmacy qualification
- At least 3 years' pharmacy experience in Australia
- Proven leadership and people management experience
- Strong business and financial management skills
- Passion for delivering exceptional patient outcomes
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset

Highly regarded:

- QCPP experience
- Vaccination accreditation
- Additional clinical or professional service qualifications
