Are you an experienced pharmacy professional who thrives on delivering change and building capability across complex health environments? As the Pharmacy Transition Lead, you will play a key role in supporting Hospital and Health Services (HHSs) and Central Pharmacy customers to successfully transition to the future operating model and new enterprise systems being delivered through the Central Pharmacy Future State (CPFS) Project. This is an exciting opportunity to make a statewide impact, influence meaningful change and help shape the future of pharmacy services across Queensland.

Working at the intersection of clinical practice, operations and change, you will act as a key liaison between the project team and stakeholders, ensuring sites are implementation-ready and equipped to embrace new ways of working.

You will build capability across pharmacy and supply teams, engage with frontline clinicians and operational leaders, and support the adoption and sustained use of new processes, systems and operating models.

Role fit The essential requirements for this role are:

- Significant hospital pharmacy experience with a robust understanding of pharmaceutical supply chain processes and operational practices within the Queensland health system.
- Demonstrated success in the establishment, management and maintenance of business partnerships with key clients.
- Demonstrated highly developed interpersonal skills, consultation and effective communication with personnel at all levels in the organisation, external organisations and qualified groups in both the public and private sectors and the ability to influence, negotiate and manage conflict.
- Proven ability to work autonomously, utilise discretion, meet deadlines, and establish priorities and work effectively to successfully contribute to objectives and deliver outcomes within defined timeframes.
- Experience supporting change or transformation initiatives in a clinical or operational context.




- High level of capability in reasoning, problem solving and operational assessment to support readiness and protected transition to new systems and models.
- Ability to prepare high quality advice, reports and presentations for senior leaders and project governance bodies.
