About the role

Our team at Mind and Motion is growing and as a result, we are looking for a Physiotherapist to join us on a part-time or full-time basis. This role is open to new/upcoming graduates or experienced clinicians.

Key responsibilities

- Deliver person-centred Physiotherapy services
- Complete comprehensive physical assessments (mobility, strength, balance, posture, gait, pain, functional capacity) and develop and implement individualised, goal-focused therapy plans for clients.
- Collaborate and be an active member of our Therapy Team
- Complete timely, accurate, and high-quality clinical documentation, including session notes, assessments, and reports
- Communicate effectively and professionally with colleagues, clients, families, carers, and relevant external stakeholders
- Deliver evidence-based interventions to support clients in achieving their health.

Skills and Experience We are looking for professionals who possess the following skills and experience:





- Bachelor or Master of Physiotherapy
- Current AHPRA registration
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Able to work independently and collaboratively
- Blue Card, NDIS Worker Screening Check, First Aid & CPR
- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- Experience with Aged Care clients and NDIS (desirable)
- Experience in functional capacity assessments and rehabilitation planning (desirable)
