Set over 1,000 sqm, the venue feeds in excess of 8,000 people weekly. About the Prospect:

We are looking for Wok Chefs to join our team at Chin Chin Sydney. Ensure the overall operation of your allocated section runs smoothly and effectively. Train and coach Cooks ensuring quality and consistency of products.

The Ideal Candidate Must Have:

n

n
- Must demonstrate Wok experience in an a la carte environment
n




- Asian cuisine knowledge is highly regarded
n
- Experience in high volume, fast‐paced restaurant environment
n
- Resilient and able to perform in high‐pressure service periods
n
- Strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude
n
- Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team
n
- Excellent communication skills
n
- Understanding of food safety standards
n
- Willing and able to work rotating roster that includesweekend and public holiday
n
