PART TIME ADMINISTRATION & COMPETITIONS SUPPORT OFFICER

This is a hands-on role providing administrative and operational support across competitions, programs, events, and facility operations. Working approximately 15-20 hours per week, the role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a busy environment and is happy to get involved wherever needed.

Key responsibilities

- Providing administration and operational support for competitions and programs
n
- Assisting with competition setup, coordination, and day-to-day operations
n
- Supporting tournaments, events, and special activities throughout the year
n
- Assisting with facility operations including canteen operations and ensuring venue is ready for competitions and programs
n
- Providing customer service and assisting participants, clubs, coaches, officials, and visitors
n
- General administration and data entry
n
- Working closely with the wider team to ensure competitions and events run efficiently
n
- Other duties as required to support the organisation
n

Hours
n
n
- Tuesday afternoon/evening
n
- Thursday afternoon/evening
n
- One half-day Saturday shift
n
- Additional hours for tournaments and special events from time to time
n
n
Flexibility to accommodate competition and event requirements is important.
