Novotel Perth Murray Street, part of the Accor Group, is seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead our Miss Mi kitchen, driving quality and a guest-focused food experience in a high-volume setting. Reporting to the Director of Food & Beverage, you will own the kitchen and set the standard across all food production.
You will mentor a diverse brigade, deliver contemporary Asian-inspired cuisine, and manage food cost while upholding brand standards in a vibrant Perth hotel setting.
