Job Description

Xero is seeking an Engineering Manager for its Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) team. You will own the reliability programme across APAC and EMEA, driving high availability, disaster recovery testing, and incident management while shaping the engineering culture.

You will lead a growing team, mentor engineers, and partner with platform and observability functions to close systemic reliability gaps and reduce customer-impacting incidents.
