About the role

n

The Service Coordinator role provides technical support and after sales service. Reporting to the EvoHeat Service Manager, this broad service role will work across our range of Evo heat pumps (pool heating and hot water) and will provide plenty of variety and a great learning chance to work across different areas of our EvoHeat business.

Key responsibilities

n

Providing end to end technical support to customer enquiries (email and phone) in a calm, professional and timely manner

n





Coordinating warranty service with internal/external contractors

n

Processing spare parts orders

n

Liaising with clients on technical data, product manuals, and product videos

n

Processing warranty claims

n

Recording all service work in the internal software programs

n

Supporting the Operations Team with general administration tasks / ad hoc projects

n

Promoting service plans to existing clients

n

About you

n

Technical problem-solving background is highly regarded

n

A positive, energetic approach and a willingness to learn

n

Sound administration

n

Customer service and relationship building skills

n

Good organisation skills and the ability to multi-task

n

A good telephone manner, listening and problem-solving skills and the ability to stay calm in a busy but enjoyable operating environment

n

Willingness and capability to assist with light manual handling requirements
