- Support day-to-day operations across the Chatswood and Neutral Bay Salvos Stores
n
- Conduct retail sales and operate Point of Sale devices
n
- Sort, price, and prepare donations for sale
n
- Assist in visual merchandising and store presentation
n
- Provide exceptional customer service
n
- Display stock in correct departments according to policy and procedure
n
- Follow Occupational Health and Safety policies and procedures
n
- Demonstrate The Salvation Army's core values in all work-related activities
n
- Report to the Area Manager
n

Requirements

n

n
- Retail sales experience highly regarded but not essential
n
- Robust customer service skills
n
- Genuine passion and ability to deliver outstanding results
n
- Alignment with values of integrity, respect, compassion, collaboration, and diversity
n
- High energy, hands-on individual with strong interpersonal and communication skills
n
- Flexibility to work a rolling roster including weekends
n
- Preparedness to work across various locations in the retail area
n
- Successful completion of a Working with Children Check for child-facing roles
n




- Mandatory Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check for all roles
