BaptistCare is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our Home Care team in the Northern Suburbs (Brunswick, Coburg, Fawkner). You will deliver evidence-based assessments and interventions under aged care funding programs, focusing on reablement and restorative care to help older Australians live independently at home.
