Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Edge Infrastructure Senior Engineering Lead / Architect with strong design, implementation, and operational expertise in OpenShift, Kubernetes, and Ansible. The successful candidate will lead the architecture, deployment, automation, and modernization of edge infrastructure platforms, ensuring scalability, resilience, security, and operational excellence across distributed environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Architect, design, and implement enterprise-grade Edge Infrastructure solutions leveraging Red Hat OpenShift and Kubernetes.
- Lead platform engineering initiatives, including container platform deployment, upgrades, lifecycle management, and operational governance.
- Develop and maintain Ansible-based automation for provisioning, configuration management, patching, and platform operations.
- Define infrastructure standards, reference architectures, and best practices for edge computing environments.
- Collaborate with application, security, network, and cloud teams to deliver scalable and resilient solutions.




- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to engineering teams throughout project delivery and operational support.
- Drive platform reliability, performance optimization, capacity planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience

- 7+ years of experience in Infrastructure Engineering, Platform Engineering, or Solution Architecture.
- Strong hands-on experience with OpenShift Container Platform (OCP) and Kubernetes design and implementation.
- Experience with Linux administration, networking, storage, and distributed systems.
- Experience in designing highly available, secure, and scalable enterprise platforms.

Preferred Certifications

- Red Hat Certified Specialist in OpenShift Administration.
- Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE).
- Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) and/or Certified Kubernetes Application Developer (CKAD).
- Ansible Automation Platform certification preferred.
