About the role A busy, established South of River-based residential plumbing operation is looking for a Registered Plumber to join the team working across Mandurah to Fremantle. This role covers pipework replacement in existing homes along with general residential plumbing duties — we're happy to talk to plumbers who specialise in one or the other, or who can competently handle both. We can offer this as a standard employed position, or as a contractor arrangement on a lump sum/price-per-job basis if you'd prefer to run your own ABN.

Either way, there's consistent, reliable work on offer. We also welcome applications from migrant plumbers completing gap training or working through their skills assessment towards full registration. Current 3rd and 4th year apprentices that want more experience in this sector are encouraged to apply.

Key responsibilities

- Pipework replacement and repiping in occupied residential homes
- General plumbing maintenance, repairs, and service work




- Liaising professionally with homeowners and site contacts
- Maintaining accurate job documentation and compliance records

About you

- Registered Plumber
- Experience in residential pipework replacement and/or general plumbing service
- A valid driver's licence and professional work ethic
- Strong communication skills — you'll often be the face of the business in someone's home
- Based Mandurah to Fremantle
- Contractors: current ABN and own insurances required
- Migrant plumbers on gap training pathways welcome to apply
