About the Role

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Plumber to join our Maintenance team based in Condamine.

Reporting to the Field Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the servicing, maintenance, repair, testing, installation and commissioning of plumbing plant and equipment across NMC camp facilities.

This is a hands-on role that combines maintenance, fault-finding and project work across both yard and field operations, helping ensure NMC's facilities remain safe, compliant and operational.

Key Responsibilities

- Service, maintain and repair plumbing equipment across NMC camp facilities.

- Undertake testing, installation and commissioning of plumbing plant and equipment.

- Complete routine inspections and preventative maintenance activities.

- Diagnose faults and perform repairs to support equipment reliability and availability.

- Service and maintain sewerage, waste disposal and water systems.

- Complete maintenance reports, inspection records and service documentation.

- Provide Certificates of Compliance for plumbing work where required.

- Assist with camp mobilisations, demobilisations and operational projects.

- Maintain a high standard of safety,



housekeeping and environmental compliance.

Skills & Experience

- Minimum three years' experience maintaining similar plumbing plant and equipment.

- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.

- Sound knowledge of plumbing systems, tools and maintenance procedures.

- Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment.

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

- Experience working in remote, industrial or camp-based environments will be highly regarded.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Current QBCC Occupational License (Plumbing and Drainage).

- Current C Class Driver License.

- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screening.

- Ability to obtain and maintain relevant site inductions and certifications.

- Restricted Electrical License (or willing to obtain).

- Back Flow Testing License (preferable).
