Dalgaranga is Ramelius’ newest long life, high‑grade underground mine, located northwest of Mount Magnet. With the Never Never and Pepper deposits, it strengthens long‑term production and feeds the Mount Magnet hub, supporting Ramelius’ long‑term growth strategy.

The Role

As a Plumber, you are responsible for carrying out minor plumbing works and providing general assistance to the maintenance team on site. Duties may include installation, repair, and maintenance of water, drainage, and sanitary systems across site facilities, ensuring all work is completed safely and in accordance with site procedures and Australian standards.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems across site infrastructure, including potable water, wastewater, and gas services
- Carry out scheduled and reactive maintenance on pumps, valves, pipework, and associated plumbing equipment
- Diagnose and rectify plumbing faults to minimise downtime and maintain site operations
- Support maintenance of ablution blocks, kitchens, and other village/site facilities
- Read and interpret plumbing plans, schematics, and specifications for installation and repair work
- Ensure all work complies with relevant plumbing codes, standards, and site safety requirements




- Complete pre-start checks, JHAs, and risk assessments prior to commencing tasks
- Work collaboratively with the broader maintenance team to support overall site reliability. Ensure job records are completed thoroughly and promptly in Pronto, and stock requirements are communicated effectively
- Contribute to a collaborative, high‑performance team culture

About You You are a qualified Plumber with a safety-first mindset and a hands-on approach to maintaining critical site infrastructure. You bring strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a broader maintenance team. Comfortable working in a remote mining environment, you're reliable, adaptable, and committed to keeping site facilities running smoothly and safely.

You will bring

- Plumbing Contractor Licence
- Prior experience in remote mining, industrial, or commercial plumbing roles is highly regarded, including reverse osmosis and Wastewater Treatment Plant infrastructures.
- Poly welding experience and qualification.
- EWP, Forklift, Telehandler or Bobcat nationally accredited tickets are desirable.
- Sound knowledge of plumbing codes, standards, and safe work practices.
- A current West Australian C Class (manual) driver’s licence and the ability to obtain a National Police Clearance for site access clearance.
- Additional High-Risk Work Licences, e.g., dogging, rigging, crane are desirable
