PRIMARY OBJECTIVE
Administering the Power and Water Controlled Document Framework, providing technical guidance on developing, monitoring, interpreting,
understanding policies and procedures, including policy and procedure quality control, whilst working with controlled document owners to implement and maintain the framework.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES The “WHAT” to be delivered
- Administer the controlled document process, including coordinating quality assurance activities, maintaining the controlled document register,
and supporting the upkeep of the published controlled documents portal.
- Provide administrative and coordination support in the preparation of independent reporting to the Power and Water Board, relevant
committees, and regulators.
- Support the maintenance and periodic updates of Power and Water’s Compliance Management Framework and Controlled Document
Framework.
- Provide administrative and coordination support on compliance-related matters,
including collating information, tracking actions, and
assisting with routine compliance activities.
- Respond promptly to requests relating to controlled documents and routine compliance matters, escalating issues as required.
