We're searching for an enthusiastic team player with:

- Strong child-safe experience and knowledge.
- Sound knowledge of the NQF and EYLF
- The ability to develop positive relationships with children, families, and staff
- Can work effectively in a team and have excellent communication skills
- A strong passion for the Early Childhood industry
- Experienced in programming, planning, creating learning experiences, and organisation
- Creates a warm and inviting setting for children and families

What You Need to Apply:

- Cert III, Diploma or Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education
- Current NSW Working with Children Check
- An updated cover letter highlighting why you would like to join Little Seedlings, as well as whether you're applying for a casual or permanent role.
- First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis Certificate is a plus, however not necessary
- An updated resume highlighting your experience
