Your Impact as Room Leader In this role, you’ll lead your room with confidence, creativity and heart. You’ll mentor educators, champion high‑quality practice, and build warm, trusting relationships with families. You’ll shape meaningful learning environments and ensure smooth, compliant operations alongside the Approved Provider, Nominated Supervisor and Educational Leader. Your leadership will help create a space where children feel safe, inspired and deeply connected.

What You Bring

You’ll bring either a Diploma or ACECQA‑approved ECT qualification (or be working towards one), along with experience leading a room with initiative and confidence. Strong knowledge of the NQS and EYLF is essential, as is warm communication and the ability to build robust relationships. You’ll be comfortable with documentation and digital tools, hold all required certifications, and be willing to act as Responsible Person when needed.
