Practice & Compliance Manager | South East Queensland
At People Centred Therapies (PCT), we believe good allied health depends on more than what happens in a therapy session. It also depends on the systems, communication, and support around the people doing the work.
PCT was created because we believe allied health can do better when clinical quality, meaningful outcomes, sustainable practice, and continual improvement are treated as priorities.
We also believe better supported clinicians provide better support to participants.
As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Practice & Compliance Manager to help keep the organisation coordinated, compliant, and well supported behind the scenes.
At a glance
- 2–3 days per week
- $90,000–$100,000 FTE base salary, pro rata
- 17.5% superannuation
- Potential to increase days over the coming year
- Solid focus on NDIS compliance, people, and practice operations
- Previous NDIS experience strongly preferred
What you can expect from us
- Trust and autonomy: take ownership of your area and use your judgement
- A supportive team: work closely with the Directors and clinicians, with open communication and genuine collaboration
- The opportunity to improve how things are done: if you see a better way to manage a process or system, we want to hear it
- Direct access to the Directors: contribute to decisions without unnecessary layers of management
- A role that can grow with PCT: start at 2–3 days per week, with scope to expand as the organisation grows
The role
This role sits at the centre of how the practice operates day to day. You will help make sure participants and clinicians are onboarded properly, important deadlines are monitored, compliance requirements are maintained, and the team has the support and structure needed to work well.
Responsibilities will include
- Coordinating participant onboarding and required documentation
- Coordinating clinician onboarding, credentialling, mandatory training, and compliance requirements
- Monitoring participant plan dates, report due dates, and other important NDIS deadlines
- Maintaining NDIS compliance documentation, registers, policies, records, and supporting evidence
- Supporting NDIS registration and audit readiness
- Keeping track of outstanding actions and following up where needed
- Maintaining staff records and monitoring credential and training requirements
- Supporting recruitment, probation, and performance review processes
- Supporting performance management and day to day HR matters where required
- Improving administrative and compliance systems as PCT grows
- Providing practical support to the Directors and clinical team
The kind of Practice & Compliance Manager we are looking for
We are looking for someone who is organised, capable, approachable, and comfortable taking responsibility. Previous experience working within the NDIS is strongly preferred, particularly experience with provider compliance, participant documentation, onboarding, reporting requirements, or audit preparation.
You may already be working as a Practice Manager, Compliance Manager, NDIS Compliance Manager, senior administrator, People and Culture professional, or in a similar role within disability, allied health, or healthcare.
We want someone who can manage multiple priorities, communicate clearly, follow things through, and have respectful but direct conversations when something needs to be addressed.
Experience with HR, probation, performance reviews, or performance management will be highly regarded.
Most importantly, we want someone who understands that good practice management is not just about compliance. It is about creating the structure around a team that allows people to do their jobs well.
If you want to help shape a growing allied health organisation and support a team that cares about the quality of its work, we would like to hear from you.
