The OpportunityThis is not your ordinary fee-earning role. Our client is looking for an ambitious, heavyweight litigator with experience in class actions and/or major complex disputes. You will take immediate ownership of high-profile class action files, drive litigation funding relationships, and spearhead recent investigations. You will be heavily supported by a dedicated group of solicitors while carving out your long-term legacy as the leader of the practice group.

About You To excel in this practice-defining position, you will bring:

- Expertise: 8+ years of post-admission experience, with a proven background handling complex, large-scale commercial litigation and/or class actions (plaintiff or defendant).
- Leadership Capability: Natural leadership aptitude with a genuine interest in building a practice, mentoring junior legal talent, and driving a collaborative culture.
- Commercial Acumen:



An understanding of litigation funding frameworks, project management of massive discovery processes, and complex financial analysis
