About the Position
This is a genuine Principal Dentist opportunity, leading the clinical direction of an established South East Melbourne practice. The role starts at two days a week, with flexibility on exactly which days suit you, and there is substantial scope to build toward a full-time position as your patient list grows. You'll step into a practice equipped for serious cosmetic and high-end restorative work: onsite OPG and digital scanning, IV sedation, and a case mix that genuinely lets you use skills across AO4 treatment, veneers, full mouth rehabilitation, implant placement and restoration, and clear aligners.
As a Preferred Provider with Medibank and HCF, and with Denticare and Supercare arrangements in place, our client maintains steady patient flow without you needing to build a book from cold.
This is a role for a dentist who wants clinical leadership and a genuinely interesting case mix, not just another chair.
Key Requirements
- AHPRA registration with the Dental Board of Australia, current and unrestricted
- 5+ years' clinical experience in Australia
- A explicit, confident communicator; completion of a patient-communication program such as Prime Speak highly regarded
- Demonstrated skill and genuine passion for high-end cosmetic and restorative dentistry: All-on-X, veneers, full mouth rehabilitation, implant placement and restoration, and clear aligners
- Current professional indemnity insurance
On Offer Our client offers flexible days to start, with clear scope to extend to full-time on your terms; modern, well-resourced facilities including CBCT and implant motors, OPG, digital scanning and IV sedation, so you're never limited by equipment; Preferred Provider status with Medibank and HCF plus Denticare and Supercare arrangements, supporting consistent patient flow; and full clinical autonomy over a high-end cosmetic and restorative caseload. Remuneration at higher than market rate (up to 45%) - to be negotiated directly.
