THE CHALLENGES… Let's get the bad news out of the way – you will be challenged BUT supported.

This is a hands-on leadership role. You will balance your own caseload with team coaching, quality assurance, performance conversations and day-to-day operational decisions. You will be accountable for helping the team achieve its goals and will sometimes need to have direct or difficult conversations. The work can involve clients facing significant physical and emotional barriers, changing priorities and complex stakeholder expectations.

You won’t be doing this alone. You’ll be a valued part of a close-knit leadership team that shows up for each other and the people we serve.

WHAT'S GOOD… Let's talk about all the good stuff

1. Our team has the best vibe… and you can be guaranteed that we will only extend an invitation to join the team if we think you are a great fit. Our current office vibe score is 8.3/10 (from an independent third-party assessment), which we are told is outstanding. This is based on team happiness,

recognition and all the important things that create a great culture. You will play an important role in helping us maintain and build on this score.
2. We are growing as a team and a company, creating career, financial and development opportunities. If you want to build your leadership career and have a genuine impact, come on board and grow with us.
3. You get above-industry pay – our whole team are high achievers. They are proactive and provide excellent value in the marketplace. We have a documented career scale and an incentive scheme that reflects the value you provide in helping people return to work, supporting the team and contributing to quality outcomes.
4. The work is extremely varied and interesting… and you won't get bored. You will maintain a clinical caseload, visit workers and employers, solve complex return-to-work barriers and collaborate with treating professionals and insurers. You will also coach consultants, review files, monitor quality and workflow, support customer relationships and improve systems and services.
5. Your standard work week is designed to suit your life. If you want to work some longer days and some shorter days, that can be discussed. Your schedule should support you to live your best life while meeting the needs of your clients and team.
6. Working from home is viable. Following initial onboarding, the role can work from home one day per fortnight, while maintaining a strong and visible presence for the team.
7. We have an “unlimited professional development” policy – we want to invest in you for the long term. We want you to continue developing your clinical and leadership skills and will support relevant training that contributes to your development and the business.
8. Make a real leadership impact. You will have the opportunity to shape team capability, improve quality, recognise success, develop future leaders and contribute to operational decisions.
9. Enjoy your birthday off on us. Yes, we pay you to have your birthday off. You need time to eat your cake, right?
10. You will have professional and leadership support. You will receive a structured onboarding program and ongoing support from the General Manager and experienced clinical leaders. You will also collaborate with a multidisciplinary team across Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology and Physiotherapy.
11. You will be incredibly well resourced. We have developed a broad range of tools and education resources based on longstanding clinical experience, helping our team deliver excellent return-to-work outcomes.
