- Design, develop, and implement sustainable enterprise-wide organisational development programs, translating strategy into simple, scalable and values-aligned solutions to strengthen organisational effectiveness.
- Partner with senior leaders, sites, functions and SMEs to generate practical tools, frameworks and resources that are measurable, sustainable and fit for operations.
- Enable business partnering and operational execution by creating clear work packages, feedback loops and implementation support that embed and sustain change.

We are looking for a Principal – Organisational Development to join our Culture and Capability Team in our Subiaco Office on a permanent basis. In this role, you will lead several enterprise-wide programs to strengthen organisational effectiveness. You will shape the architecture of priority programs, generate practical solutions with input from operations and support execution through clear implementation design, measurement and continuous improvement.

What you can look forward to:

- Leading prioritised enterprise programs of work through partnership with senior operational leaders, People and Culture, Safety and functional teams.
- Creating program architecture that aligns to Our Purpose, business priorities, STARR Core Values and practical operational needs.
- Designing and developing tools, standards, communications, capability requirements, measurement approaches and implementation plans.
- Translating strategic priorities into clear work packages, including scope, decisions, milestones, owners, risks, dependencies, resources and acceptance criteria.
- Engaging executives, site and functional leaders, subject matter experts and end users to test assumptions and ensure solutions are relevant and implementable.
- Enabling the business partnering team to contribute to solution generation,



site execution and ongoing sustainment.
- Defining success measures, assessing program effectiveness, capturing site feedback and improving or retiring solutions based on evidence and value.
- Improving decision quality through research, data, evaluation and disciplined portfolio management.

Where you’ll add value:

- Significant experience designing, developing and delivering enterprise OD programs, frameworks or interventions in a complex organisation.
- Demonstrated experience consulting with senior leaders and operational stakeholders and converting insights into practical, scalable and sustainable solutions.
- Solid project leadership, change, facilitation and evaluation capability; experience in a multi-site or resources environment is desirable.
- Demonstrated experience with research translation, data interpretation and applying evidence-based practice to improve organisational outcomes.
- Clear executive writing and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complexity and influence across levels.
- A collaborative, pragmatic style with the confidence to lead design thinking while staying connected to operational reality.

Qualifications:

- Tertiary qualification in organisational development, organisational psychology, human resources, learning, business or a related discipline; postgraduate study is desirable.
- Current ‘C’ class manual drivers’ licence
