- Lead and develop a high-performing team, including overall stewardship of the Sydney Private Tax Partner group
- Shape talent and succession across the practice, including performance reviews and career development
- Influence the broader Private Tax agenda, representing Sydney at Oceania Private Tax Leadership meetings and contributing to national strategy




- Build a connected and inclusive culture, supporting team engagement and wellbeing
- Help shape the future of the Sydney practice, partnering with national leadership to drive growth and market position over the next five to ten years
