Allianz is seeking a Strategic Mental Health Specialist to join our Government Services team in Sydney or Charlestown. You will develop and drive best-practice mental health claims strategies, analyse claim portfolios, and coach Return to Work specialists to improve outcomes.
You will partner with internal SMEs and external experts to implement the mental health strategy, deliver training, and promote mentally healthy workplaces while supporting tenders and client engagements.
