What you'll be doing:

n

n
- Managing residential and commercial conveyancing transactions;
n
- Managing Land Divisions (experience preferred)
n
- Preparation of settlement statements;
n
- Drafting of LTO documents;
n
- Attending settlements when necessary;
n
- Preparing and checking Form 1 Statements and invoices;
n
- Liaising with all relevant parties throughout property transactions; Conveyancers, financial institutions, real estate agents, brokers, etc; and
n




- Work as part of a genuine and hard-working team who get the job done together.
