Oral Health Victoria (OHV) is seeking a HR Generalist to join our collaborative team in Melbourne. This role covers employee relations, HR systems, and partnering with frontline managers across multiple HR disciplines.

You will drive HR advice, coaching, and process improvements while contributing to Talent, IR, Learning & Development, Diversity & Inclusion, and Workplace Health & Safety initiatives. A versatile, proactive mindset and multi-tasking ability are essential.
