The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Product Engineer to join our team and help turn outstanding engineering into reliable, commercially viable products. Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you’ll work closely with engineering, R&D; and production teams to improve existing products, introduce new products into manufacturing and solve complex technical challenges.

You’ll play a key role in ensuring our products are safe, reliable, manufacturable and cost-effective, while helping our production teams operate efficiently.

What You’ll Do

- Improve existing products, manufacturing processes and engineering systems.
- Support new product development and transition products from R&D; into production.
- Investigate and resolve technical, manufacturing and product issues.
- Develop and maintain testing, documentation and engineering processes.
- Ensure compliance with relevant standards, certification and quality requirements.
- Work closely with engineering,



R&D; and production teams to improve quality, reliability and efficiency.
- Provide technical support, fault-finding and problem-solving across manufacturing.
- Identify opportunities to reduce waste, improve processes and optimise costs.

About You

You’re a practical, solutions-focused engineer who enjoys working across engineering and manufacturing. You’ll bring:

- Degree in Electrical, Electronics or a related engineering discipline.
- At least 3 years’ experience post-graduation
- Experience in electrical/electronics engineering within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong problem-solving, fault-finding and technical skills.
- Knowledge of engineering standards, quality systems and product certification.
- Ability to read electrical schematics and technical documentation.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with hazardous area products or certification will be highly regarded
