Shape the future of enterprise Human Resources technology and help customers create better employee and organisational experiences.

As Product Owner, you will be the subject matter expert for our Human Resources solution, helping shape product direction, prioritise the roadmap and translate customer and market needs into valuable outcomes. Working with Business Analysts, developers, Product Success and customers, you will guide product decisions and support the continued evolution and adoption of our enterprise HR solution.

What you'll be doing…

- Shape and communicate a clear product direction aligned with TechnologyOne's strategy and customer needs
- Manage and prioritise the product backlog using customer insights, market research and regulatory developments
- Translate complex HR requirements into clear product priorities and outcomes
- Develop business cases and feasibility assessments to support roadmap and investment decisions
- Partner with multidisciplinary teams to define requirements and deliver valuable product improvements
- Engage customers as product prove partners to validate ideas and roadmap direction
- Support product adoption through customer enablement, forums, user groups and industry events
- Champion innovation, continuous improvement and consistent product practices

Your Talents…

- Strong knowledge of contemporary HR practices and the employee lifecycle
- Experience across core HR, organisation management, onboarding, recruitment, performance, workforce administration or employee experience
- Understanding of the regulatory,



privacy and compliance considerations affecting HR technology
- Robust product thinking, balancing customer value, strategy, commercial priorities and delivery feasibility
- Experience gathering customer insights and translating business needs into practical product outcomes
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills, with a collaborative approach
- Enterprise HR or payroll software experience is highly desirable; TechnologyOne product experience would be an advantage
