Custom Fluidpower is a leading Australian provider of hydraulic solutions and a proud member of the Questas Group, which operates more than 45 sites nationwide and employs over 850 people. At our Banyo facility, the Manifolds team designs and manufactures precision hydraulic manifolds for demanding mining, industrial and transport applications. We are a collaborative, high-performing team committed to safety, quality and continuous improvement.

The Role

Our continued investment in manufacturing excellence, together with LEAN practices including 5S and advanced machining methods, helps us deliver world-class quality and consistency first time, every time. As a Production Assistant, you'll help prepare materials, assist with machine operation with full training and support, and complete post-manufacturing activities such as assembly and quality checks.

- Prepare materials and components ready for production
- Assist with machine operation, with full training and support provided
- Carry out post-manufacturing activities such as assembly and quality checks
- Follow secure work practices and quality procedures at all times
- Work closely with an experienced, supportive team
