About the Opportunity:

We are currently seeking a full time Production Estimator to raise all the purchase orders for the whole job from start to finish of construction. This position will report into the Estimating Manager.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

- Complete production estimating from construction documentations.

- Process ETO’s and invoices

- Obtain quotes from relevant suppliers

- Analyse the construction plans and details to ascertain buildability of structures

- Complete the supplier allocation considering pricing, quality and ability to handle workload

- Prepare margin reports and advise of variances and abnormalities

- Issue work orders to relevant trades and suppliers

- Prepare inventory items and assemblies in estimating packages

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will possess:





- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role within the residential construction industry

- Tertiary/TAFE qualification in Building and Construction (desirable)

- Advanced computer skills

- Excellent time management and organisational skills

- Exceptional attention to detail

- Team player
