Behind every fresh sandwich, wrap, baguette and salad cup is a dedicated Production Kitchen team focused on quality, consistency and food safety. Our products are enjoyed every day across convenience stores, corner delis, supermarkets and Vili's locations throughout South Australia.

We are currently seeking reliable and hardworking Production Kitchen Assistants to join our afternoon production team.

Roster Our Production Kitchen operates Sunday to Friday. Team members generally work 5 shifts per week, with one rostered day off during the week.

Afternoon shifts commence at 1:00pm or 2:00pm and the team works together to complete the day's production requirements before finishing.

What You'll Do

Assemble & Pack

- Prepare sandwiches, wraps, baguettes and salad cups to company specifications
- Portion ingredients accurately and maintain product consistency
- Label, date-code and package products ready for distribution
- Ensure products are presented neatly and professionally

Food Safety & Quality

- Follow food safety, HACCP and allergen management procedures




- Complete temperature checks and quality control processes
- Maintain FIFO stock rotation practices
- Follow clean-as-you-go procedures and end-of-shift cleaning requirements

Teamwork & Production

- Work efficiently to daily production plans and deadlines
- Communicate effectively with Team Leaders and fellow team members
- Assist with a variety of tasks across the production area as required
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment

About You We're looking for people who enjoy working as part of a team, can work efficiently in a fast-paced setting and take pride in producing quality products.

You'll Ideally Have

- Experience in food production, commercial kitchens, cafés, canteens, food trucks or similar environments
- The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail when following recipes, portion guides and labelling requirements
- A commitment to food safety, hygiene and quality standards
- Reliability, punctuality and a willingness to learn
- Good communication skills and a team-first attitude
