Key Responsibilities

Work collaboratively with the Production team to achieve daily and weekly production targets.

Follow all Standard Operating Procedures as well as Quality, WHS, and Environmental requirements.

Assist with routine quality control checks to ensure products meet specification.

Maintain a clean, organised, and safe workspace.

Stack and pack wet blue hides onto pallets with accuracy.

Identify and reject defective items, ensuring correct packing and palletising.

Clean machinery and general work areas as required.

Operate machinery under supervision.
