This is a long-term contract opportunity based in the Brisbane CBD.

The Role: As the AO7 Program Manager, you will lead the mobilisation and delivery of a complex data and reporting transformation program. Key responsibilities will include:

- Lead program mobilisation, scheduling, resource management and overall program delivery
- Facilitate workshops and undertake detailed requirements gathering across key stakeholder groups
- Lead current-state and future-state assessments, gap analysis, process analysis and report rationalisation
- Develop report catalogues and establish transparent prioritisation criteria based on business value, usage, risk and complexity
- Translate business requirements to support technical specifications and reporting development




- Support the development of Power BI dashboards, paginated reporting, semantic models and associated data solutions
- Establish data definitions, business glossaries, data dictionaries, data lineage and reporting controls
- Establish effective governance, risk management, testing and UAT processes
- Engage with operational, finance, technical, data and change teams, as well as senior leadership and governance committees

Your Profile:

- Demonstrated experience leading complex data and reporting transformation programs
- Strong Program/Project Management and Business Analysis skills
- Experience in requirements gathering, workshop facilitation and process analysis
- Practical understanding of Power BI, SQL, reporting and data environments
- Strong governance, risk management, testing and UAT experience
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills across technical, operational and executive teams
- Data Analysis experience will be highly regarded
