We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead a complex portfolio of digital transformation and customer-focused initiatives within a large enterprise environment.

This is a senior delivery role suited to someone who can bring structure, momentum and strategic oversight across multiple interconnected projects, while confidently managing senior stakeholders, risks, dependencies, budgets and delivery priorities.

The opportunity

You will take ownership of a coordinated program of work spanning digital solutions, customer experience and organisational change.

Working across technology, product, design, engagement and operations, you will help drive the successful delivery of transformation initiatives designed to improve customer services and create more connected digital experiences.

Key responsibilities

- Lead multiple transformation and change initiatives across a broader program of work
- Manage interrelated workstreams, dependencies, risks, milestones and schedules
- Drive program planning, governance, assurance, change, quality and resource management
- Build strong relationships with senior internal and external stakeholders
- Influence prioritisation and strategic alignment of initiatives
- Monitor and report on program benefits, finances, schedules, dependencies and overall status
- Manage budgets, financial planning, vendors and contractual engagements




- Support consistent and effective application of project and program management methodologies

About you

You will be an accomplished Program Manager with proven experience delivering complex transformation programs involving digital solutions, customer experience or organisational change.

You will bring

- Strong end-to-end program delivery experience
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and interconnected workstreams
- Strong project and program governance capability
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, negotiation and facilitation skills
- Experience managing risks, dependencies, budgets, resources and competing priorities
- Solid strategic thinking and decision-making capability
- Experience managing people, processes and financial outcomes across multiple projects
- The ability to operate effectively in complex, high-profile delivery environments
