Your New Role

As Program Manager, you will lead the delivery of strategic programs across engineering, maintenance, operations and asset management functions within the Public Transport services function of the business.

Key responsibilities include:

- Leading and coordinating maintenance and engineering asset management initiatives
- Managing program governance, reporting, risks and benefits realisation
- Developing delivery roadmaps and coordinating cross-functional teams
- Driving asset optimisation, reliability improvement and maintenance performance
- Supporting ISO 55001-aligned asset management maturity initiatives
- Engaging with senior stakeholders and leading organisational change activities

What You'll Need to Succeed

- Proven experience delivering complex programs in asset-intensive environments




- Strong knowledge of asset management, RCM and maintenance optimisation
- Experience establishing governance frameworks and executive reporting
- Robust stakeholder engagement, communication and leadership skills
- Experience managing budgets, schedules, risks and program outcomes
- Ability to drive change and influence across multiple business areas
