Your key responsibilities:

Provide administrative support for the activities of ATP National Office, including prioritising and managing multiple tasks and achieving results within agreed timeframes.

Provide secretariat support, including the coordination of meetings, for the Australian Teletrial Program Steering Committee, Clinical and Consumer Advisory Group, Industry Advisory Group, and other meetings for the ATP National Office.

Support program communications by maintaining and updating website content and coordinating the collation, preparation and distribution of the monthly program communique through Vision6.

Coordinate payments to contracted suppliers and research teams through invoice processing and associated administrative processes.

Role fit The essential requirements for this role are:

Demonstrated ability in providing research administration support for large projects preferably within Queensland Health.

Working knowledge of WordPress and Elementor for website content management, and Vision6 for the preparation and distribution of program communications.

Proven ability to organise, prioritise and complete tasks efficiently, accurately and within timeframes.

Strong written and oral communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to maintain productive professional relationships and demonstrated strong computer literacy skills e.g.

Microsoft

Office programs.
