About The Role

We are seeking a Project and HR Systems Lead to join our People Excellence &
- Innovation (PXI) team in an ongoing role.
Working across a range of People &
- Culture projects, including the Volunteer Leadership Development Program (VLDP), you will lead the coordination and delivery of initiatives that strengthen leadership capability and improve the employee and volunteer experience.
Working closely with the Program Manager –
- PXI and stakeholders across CFA, you will manage projects from planning and requirements gathering through to design, testing and implementation. Along the way, you'll facilitate workshops, engage stakeholders, coordinate vendors and support testing, governance and change readiness.
Combining strong project management and business analysis skills with an understanding of HR systems, you will identify business needs and help design and deliver practical, user-focused solutions. You will also contribute to contemporary learning initiatives, using technology and user insights to ensure solutions are effective and fit for purpose.
About You A natural problem solver,
you enjoy turning ideas into practical solutions and finding better ways of doing things. This role will suit someone who is comfortable working across projects, people and technology, with the ability to see the bigger picture while keeping delivery on track.
Ideally, you'll bring experience delivering projects, transformation or improvement initiatives within People &
- Culture, Learning &
- Development or a similar setting, along with confidence working with HR systems, technology and data.
Strong collaboration and stakeholder skills will be key, including the ability to ask the right questions, facilitate conversations and turn different perspectives into practical, user-focused solutions.
