?️ $20M Boutique Beachfront Residential Apartments Development A fantastic opportunity for a Project Coordinator to join a reputable Tier 2 builder, working on a prestigious $20M boutique beachfront development in Balgowlah, NSW .

The project provides excellent exposure to a high-end residential development and the opportunity to develop experience across both the commercial and site delivery sides of construction.

The Role

- Support the Project Manager and Site Manager in the day-to-day delivery of the project
- Assist with Contract Administration activities including documentation, procurement and subcontractor coordination
- Support site engineering and day-to-day site coordination
- Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants and suppliers
- Assist with reviewing drawings, specifications and project documentation
- Assist with project planning, programming and progress tracking
- Assist with materials, deliveries and site logistics
- Gain hands-on exposure across both the commercial and construction delivery sides of the project

Requirements

- Previous experience in a Project Coordinator, Junior Contract Administrator,



Site Engineer or similar construction role
- Must have experience working on Class 2 residential apartment projects.
- Relevant construction, building, engineering or related qualification
- Good understanding of construction processes and project coordination
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- High attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Proactive attitude with a genuine interest in building a long-term career in construction
