Role Description

With the support of the Senior Leadership Team, you’ll work closely with the team on a diverse and exciting portfolio of projects across multi-residential, private luxury residential, mixed-use, senior living, commercial, industrial, and more. You’ll assist the project teams and work on all aspects of the project lifecycle, including consultant appointments, design coordination, authority approvals, sales and marketing interface and construction delivery. You’ll be actively supported in your professional development,

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED To thrive in this role, you’ll bring:

- A minimum of 2 year relevant ‘client-side’ project management, design or construction experience within the construction and property development industry
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Excellent communication skills to represent the business and engage confidently with project teams and stakeholders
- Exposure across construction design, contract administration, and project delivery
- An organised and proactive mindset with robust attention to detail and a drive to get things done
- Above all, you will need to have a great attitude and actively contribute to a vibrant team culture
