About The Role

We're looking for a hands-on Project Manager to lead the delivery of civil infrastructure projects across the utilities, energy, resources, and construction sectors.

This role is ideal for a Civil PM with experience managing multidisciplinary projects, particularly those involving electrical infrastructure such as substations, transmission lines, renewables, or utility networks.

You'll be responsible for delivering projects safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while leading project teams and maintaining solid client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead projects from planning through to completion.
- Manage budgets, schedules, resources, subcontractors, and project risks.
- Oversee civil construction activities including earthworks, foundations, and infrastructure works.
- Coordinate project teams, contractors, suppliers and stakeholders.
- Drive commercial performance, reporting, forecasting and contract administration.
- Build strong client relationships and identify opportunities for future work.
- Ensure projects meet safety, quality, and compliance requirements.

About You

Essential

- Experience delivering civil construction or infrastructure projects.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and commercial management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while driving project outcomes.
- White Card and current Driver's Licence.

- Experience delivering civil works associated with:
- Substations
- Transmission & distribution projects
- Renewable energy developments
- Utilities infrastructure
- Mining infrastructure

- Qualification in Engineering, Construction Management, or Project Management.
