SYLC Construction is a growing and ambitious concrete construction company delivering high-quality commercial and residential projects across Perth and WA.

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team and take ownership of projects from commencement through to completion.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated Project Manager who thrives in a fast-paced construction environment, enjoys being hands-on, and wants to play an important role in the continued growth of a company.

About the role

As Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the successful delivery of multiple concrete construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, efficiently, on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

- Managing projects from pre-start through to practical completion

- Planning, programming and coordinating project activities

- Managing subcontractors, suppliers and site teams

- Working closely with Site Supervisors, Foremen and the Construction team

- Monitoring project costs, budgets and variations

- Reviewing plans, specifications and construction documentation

- Managing project schedules and key milestones

- Maintaining robust relationships with clients, consultants and stakeholders

- Attending site meetings and project meetings

- Identifying and resolving project issues proactively

- Ensuring quality, safety and compliance requirements are maintained

- Providing clear and regular project reporting to management

- Supporting the estimating and pre-construction process when required

About you

We are looking for someone who is experienced, organised and driven,



with a strong understanding of the construction industry.

- Previous experience as a Project Manager with Tier 1 and Tier 2 structural packages

- Strong experience with concrete construction, structures or civil works

- Proven ability to manage projects from start to finish

- Strong understanding of construction processes, drawings and specifications

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Strong commercial and financial awareness

- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- The ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach

- Strong leadership and relationship-building skills
