About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join the NSW Police Force PMO within the Technology & Communication Services Command. The role is responsible for leading complex ICT projects across areas such as enterprise systems, infrastructure modernisation, cybersecurity, digital transformation, and end-user technology.

Demonstrated experience managing and optimising Project Portfolio Management (PPM) tools is essential, including supporting project planning, scheduling, resource and financial management, governance, reporting, risk management, and portfolio oversight. The successful candidate will have a proven ability to maintain data integrity, monitor project performance, and provide portfolio insights to support informed decision-making and alignment with organisational governance and strategic objectives.

This role requires a strong knowledge of ICT delivery methodologies, enterprise technology environments, and project governance. You will support the delivery and integration of new and emerging capabilities across critical infrastructure, corporate systems, and operational technologies, ensuring outcomes align with organisational strategy, standards, and compliance obligations.

Provide an example of where you have established project governance, assurance and monitoring arrangements. Describe the governance committees involved, and the reporting risks and assurance processes you implemented, and how you used these to support decision making.
